yep… this am got up, worked out. time to hit the shower and get ready for work. i hope i can start to tell soon. all I’ve been drinking in milk and water (lots of water) and a lil OJ here and there. i use to drink whatever and all the drinks out there are so high in calories, so I’m doing pretty good there. planning on tuna for lunch, no bread and fruit. this feels good, time to get Brandon’s but working with me. like i said “Its time”

Yep that’s right, I’m going to Curves again this am before work. Went to Fresh and Easy last night, was not sure if I liked it or not but after I got home and cooked their chicken I like it. I feel like they need more of a selection of fruit. Maybe its just up here in the HD lol because sometimes they skimp on stuff here. Like I told Brandon I spend $60 and did not buy anything that was terribly bad for us. I always grab some Oreo’s or ice cream but not this time, I splurged on the skinny cow and that’s all. Plus I feel like I got a lot of food for $60. I like that things are natural and organic, even bought Gracey some new treats. So yep… Curves and already eating a lot more healthy. Its time. Good morning out there all you readers… lol or lack there of. If you are reading this I do thank you, you are very special and very important to me . Today is the day… the day I am starting. I woke up this morning at 5am (way to early) my hubby awoke shortly after to find me on the couch. My back has been hurting and I cant usually sleep in our new, very pretty bed for more than 7hours. I have been thinking I need to start Curves again and loose weight again, it worked really well before so today is the day. I’m learning something from my bro-in-law here and would like to post about my Curves experience. I know its NOT easy, it was not easy putting this on and its not easy taking it off. Since Brandon and I have been married we have had so much going on and kind of neglected our fitness. I know that once I start Curves it is a chain reaction, I will start cooking better and we will start eating better. Its just time. So I’m off to Curves this am (6:45 apt) so keep reading and keep me going, its time I’ve got to do this!!! Today is the day.
